final blow

this morning we came from tagaytay, for my dad's ateneo college buddies annual christmas thingies. as usual we had a hearty meal and with my dad's friends and their families. we were 6 families all in all. and whoa! have u been in a room with quite a number of english speaking kids? good thing im not that lost in translation.
chrismas wasn't over for i still received a lotta great gifts.. hehe... and im ** years old already.. i'm the oldest 2nd generation person there btw.
i also had coffee w/ the bigger kids.
well anyway we just got home today and i can't wait for the new year to come.. :D

Motorcycle party

yesterday the Motorcycle Philippines eklavu that dad is a part of had their x'mas party here last night. it's a fun crowd, young, energetic people. well unlike some other oldies.. and i like them because they liked my vodka cocktails... who are, well, unlike some other oldies..

hotttie back on the road

woohoo!!! i just got my license today.. it's a tempo, though. still im glad that after almost a year of driving blindly without one, i can finally get caught..



well anyway, i know i'm charming. i mean not beautiful ok... im not that conceited. i mean i know i'm amiable, i'm just glad i can sometimes put it into good use.

we all know that LTO is one of those places filled with people from all walks of life and it's really not a holiday waiting in the looong line for employees who are not exactly the hospitable ones. of course in fairness, this is just a generalization.

so earlier, because of my amiability, yours truly was able to get her license in the shortest possible time. all it took is a smile and a little exchange of greetings to the employees. twice. there was even a time that i had my photo taken during the lunch break. and all that w/o an aid of a fixer. and btw, i was wearing a dark shirt and jeans.. baring of skin from my part, just teeth.

well, it's a gift. use it well.

December 24:

• last minute shopping
• last minute grocery (as in the grocery people were already getting cranky)

• mass @NOLP w/ people staring at me and my off-shoulder dress and my sister and her backless top.. deym, are we gorgeous or what?

December 25:

• breakfast babuyan
• a late lunch with the Ongsiako clan atop the beautiful mountain of Antipolo (formerly, Vista Linda.. my grandmother's bar turned nature sanctuary along Sumulong Hiway)
• family switch.. bonding with the Eugenios
• note: i received new underwears enough to suit me like a month w/o washing.. haha.. do i look like i dont wear one? but anyway, i love 'em
• love Uncle Jul's gift: a pink croc-skin wrist watch-- yeah die reptile! and Mom's white gold anklet, and granny's Vic's Secret lotion... can't believe i'm still getting christmas presents!

• batman marathon. thanks to the 5 in 1 DVD, i got to see the batman series
• a few drinks w/ my uncles' buds at Leonardo's Antipolo.... point of information: they were the people who saw me through the years... now they're asking why i'm still single @ 21.. then again, why not...

December 27:

• finally left the beautiful city of Antipolo
• coffee w/ Gracee at Starbucks MegaStrip... and finally getting my planner!!! whoo hoo!!!! thanks to my friends who've donated their stickers to me: Mich, Cappy, Jem, Mark and most especially to Gracee (she demanded that i thank her.. and well she deserves it.. hehe)

Jessi's Birthday

yesterday was Jessi's birthday, so last night we had a family dinner at Kamayan's in Kalayaan... talk about eating out.... this here is eat-all-u-can.. i so love the baked tahong.

then on the way home, we were joking dad about how we'd like to go and have a few drinks out.. he said he wasn't feeling well (due to over-eating, hehe)... never thought he'd let us out.. and so my sisters and i went to Metrowalk.

i saw my friends from high school, Mica and Reena, they had a booth in the tiangge there... so nice.. and while we were shopping from their store, an "old girl" (what we call Assumption alumnae) was also shopping from that store, and well, a little chit-chat.

of course as expected, on a night like that there were a lotta yummy boys there and the parking - terrible! forced to park in the rough road, we were imagining how it would look like if it were raining... hmm..

btw, i still cant try to stick with my diet today, tonight is my dad's x'mas party for his employees.... oh joy! merry christmas to my waistline!

this is what's been happening to me the past week...


Charade X'mas (Dec 21-22)
in jeff's hot wheels
yesterday i went to Rob East to meet up w/ Jeffrey Manuel and Jemma Zafra... of course selection for the gift was tough since it had to be uni-sex, and we have no idea to whom our gifts will be goin.. so i bought a wine... quite unisex enough right?
so i met up w/ my friends and went to UP diliman to pick up Kara Gabriel, aboard Jeff's hott car... and of course we were playing house music in his ride and partying on the way.. after Kei, we picked Sarah Diaz from Katipunan and went to Blue Wave mall in Marikina... o yes, marikina has Starbucks na... i got a present for my sister Jessi who's celebrating her birthday today, and bought dessert for our dinner that night.
so major food trip, every stop over we make we get something edible and gulp it down.. like i havent been piggin out the past week.
we did the grocery for our drinks that night... and so we got the ingredients for our smoothie.
when we reached Jeff's place, the first thing we did was swapped presents... it was then when we drew each others' names. Jem got me, she gave me a red pillow (which btw, goes well with my room.. hehe) and a couple of really cute undies (which btw, goes well with uhm.. me! ) ... :D i got jeff and got him a bottle of wine..
we then had a hearty dinner... oh joy! tis the season to pig out! and after that, we played for a short period of time with jeff's sweet, little sister, Nica.. such an angel. :D
jem and i then prepared the drinks.... and deym!!!! i cried! yes literally! because this trashy lizard appeared suddenly under jeff's blender, which i was fondly manipulating.... f*ck that reptile!!!! i soooooo hate it!!!! as in!!!! deym!!!!! i will never forget that close encounter with that hideous creature!!! ggggrrrr!!!! as in i ran in my 3-incher footwear and my super short skirt.... wa poise.
so much for that.. we spent the rest of the evening getting wasted in jeff's rooftop/aviary.. cool place btw. love it, love the ambiance. It's like a resort atop the residential area of my beloved Marikina.
the night passed as we slowly reminisced our days in wonderful Baguio. we crashed early in the morning, I couldn't remember what time.
in the morning of the 22nd, we had yet another hearty meal and i spent the rest of the morning playing the piano and coloring with nica.

Bum, Bum, Bum.... (Dec 18-21)
I spent these days being a total, fat assed bum. all i did in the my granny's at the mountains of antipolo was eat, sleep and watch dvds.... as in! i preferred not to sleep in the room so i can watch videos til late at night... i would eat there too.. i never stepped out of the house.. except for this one time to buy ice cream... hay.. talk about bumdom! and that's what i did for about 3 days

Party, Party, Party (December 17-18)

• i attend a party bringing nothing for the exchange gift w/c i already psyched myself i will not participate in but still do due to turn of events
• attend yet another party because some kind hearted friend treats me and sarsi and jemzie for the event expenses. so there... inasar ko na naman ang sarili ko.. nakita ko nnman ang pinaka gruesome na taong kilala ko.. why do i always find some rock to hit my head with?! idiota!
• took a cab from quezon city to antipolo to party with the sisqo girls....

My last x'mas in UP

yey... last night was officially my last lantern parade in UP Diliman.... aww... (as in kahit pa sumablay ako this sem hindi pa rin naman ako aabot for next year's parade.. hehe)
aw.. i had a blast... i watched the parade with my friends from my beloved Travel Society... and saw our Mickey (our giantess, based on Angono Rizal's higantes festival, which my dear org made for the Asian Institute of Tourism).. we also had a drinking session and disgraced the AIT student's lounged.. hehe.. good thing i got out before my orgmates were caught by the dean... i wonder what happened to them? halaaa.....
then after that i had a drinking galore w/ my orgmates in my other org inside the university. whoops.. i made sure i laid off Red Horse.. i aint gonna be as drunk as a couple of nights before.. hell no way! not with that crowd again.. 3 of the 4 guys in the previous post were there again.. haha.. is it just my luck or what? i really dont appreciate having all of them at one place. there's actually one i dnt appreciate having around at all.

An event with them

a couple of days ago, i went to an event in this place, with a group of guys from this organization i'm affiliated to. i went there with the guy who invited me. when i got there i was surprised to find this other guy.. who happens to be my "friend". later still, another guy came, this guy i had a past with. but the fun part came when this fourth guy i've been crushing on all these years came. :D hehe.. confused? well it ain't clear to me either.
